Choosing a care home is hard enough. Here is what you can count on from us.

1. 1Free for families, always. You'll never pay to search, compare, or contact homes.
2. 2No middleman. We don't make placements, take referral fees from homes, or steer you toward any home.
3. 3Your information goes only where you send it. A message reaches only the home you write to. We never sell or share your information for advertising.
4. 4State records shown as the state publishes them. Every home's license status, inspections, and citations come from CDSS, with a link to the official report. Paying for a website never hides or changes them.
5. 5Paid listings are labeled, never spotlighted. Homes we build websites for move up together in a random order that changes daily, each marked “Paid listing”. We explain how results are ordered.
6. 6No fake reviews. We don't publish ratings or testimonials we can't stand behind, and we don't ask homes to write them.
7. 7Privacy by default. No advertising trackers. Analytics load only if you allow them. See our privacy policy.
